Training
Per Month (includes private lessons)	$350.00

Board (per month)
Corrals (up to 3 horses) per horse	$180.00
Run with Shed	$215.00
Stall, per month, Galvanized (no lights)	$270.00
Stall, per month, barn	$290.00
Temporary Overnight Board (per night)	$30.00
Turn out fee (per month)	$40.00

*Additional feed supplements needed are supplied by owner

Lessons
Private Lesson, horse in training	$20.00
Private Lesson, horse not in training	$40.00
Group Lesson (3 or more)	$30.00
FTS Provided horse for lesson (Rental fee)	$20.00
** Lesson fee will be billed without 24 hr cancellation notice

Sales and Services
Sales Commission, on all horses sold	10% of sale price
Sales videotaping	$50.00 w/ tape

Clinics
Day Clinic: per rider per day	$50.00
Outside Group Clinic, up to 5 riders (per day, per rider)	$75.00
Outside Group Clinic, 6-10 riders (per day)	$400.00
